HME, a supplier of innovative communication and software solutions for the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry, was enjoying healthy growth and sales in market share around 2017. However, the flagship products were not being adopted by certain customers, even after several 360 marketing campaigns involving email, direct mail, print ads, PPC ads, etc.
We decided to invest in working with a video production company to produce video content to introduce in our nurturing campaigns targeting these customers. I collaborated with our in-house copywriter to develop the scripts, provided art direction to the production company, and worked with them on storyboarding the concepts before they went into full production.
