360 Marketing Product Launch for ZOOM Nitro Timer

HME, a supplier of headset and timer products for the QSR industry, produced an add-on product to one of their existing timer systems. Using CCTV cameras and integrating with the timer system with an AI processor, QSR operators and managers received more data for their drive-thru lane, mobile order pick-up parking spots, and pull-forward parking spots. This allowed them to identify bottlenecks and address them to serve more customers and ultimately increase revenue.
As the Creative Services Manager for HME’s in-house marketing department, my team and I were tasked to plan and execute a full 360 marketing campaign promoting the launch of the product. We collaborated with Product Management to learn how the product functioned. We then conceptualized how to translate the product features into a visual format that customers would be able to easily understand for capabilities that were new to their industry. Lastly, we worked alongside Sales management to brainstorm selling points, the sales pitch, and value proposition to finalize our positioning and messaging.
Due to production deadlines, our first piece of marketing collateral for this campaign was the print ad and sponsored article for QSR Magazine. Working closely with our in-house copywriter, I developed the concept for the ad and shot photography needed to visually tell the story. After the ad was approved by stakeholders, we produced a brochure, flyer, sell sheet, webpage, email campaign, and presentation deck in PowerPoint. We also created a social media campaign, as well as updated our SEM and SEO, launching the product with consistent branding and messaging across majority of our marketing channels.
